Two bedrooms, a spacious living area with a small workspace and a fully equipped kitchen offer plenty of room to relax and spend time together.
Enjoy views of the Holzhauser Berg from the furnished balcony. A parasol, sun lounger and outdoor dining area are ready for you.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and a free private parking space are included. Secure bicycle storage is also available.

The main bedroom is approximately 16 m² and has a double bed. The smaller bedroom has a single guest bed. A wardrobe provides space for your clothes. All sleeping areas can be darkened.
A comfortable air bed for two can also be set up in the living room, with an integrated electric pump for easy inflation. The apartment accommodates a maximum of five people: two in the double bed, one in the single bed and two on the air bed.
The large, cosy living room offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Enjoy a film together, settle down with a good book or take a break after a day out.
A small workspace with a desk and free Wi-Fi is available if you need to get something done during your stay.
Cook just the way you like in your own fully equipped kitchen. A hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher make self-catering easy. Kitchen utensils and a dining table are provided.
A coffee machine, kettle, toaster and tea- and coffee-making facilities help you start the day at your own pace.
Your private bathroom has a shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet. A hairdryer and toilet paper are provided. Bed linen and towels are included in the nightly rate.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available – especially handy for longer stays or holidays with children.
The balcony overlooks the garden and the Holzhauser Berg – a lovely place for breakfast, reading or relaxing. Balcony furniture, a sun lounger and a parasol are provided. The outdoor space also includes an outdoor dining area, a terrace and a garden.

According to the distances in our accommodation description, Osnabrück's main railway station is around 7.9 km away, the university around 7.5 km, and the zoo and Museum am Schölerberg around 8 km each. Münster/Osnabrück Airport is approximately 37 km away. Actual travel distances depend on your route.

The base rate is €85 per night for up to three guests, all year round. The fourth and fifth guests each cost an extra €15 per night. A one-off final cleaning fee of €90 applies per stay. The apartment sleeps a maximum of five guests.
Check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00.
Children of all ages are welcome. A travel cot and highchair are available. A cot for children aged 0–3 is free on request and subject to availability. Please include the number and ages of children in your enquiry.
The apartment is on the second floor, under the roof, and can only be reached by stairs. It is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
This is non-smoking accommodation. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00. The person responsible for check-in must be at least 25 years old; children are welcome as accompanying guests.
You will receive the payment and cancellation terms for your direct booking with your personal offer, before making a binding booking.
